The project is located in Chuanshan District, Suining City, Sichuan Province. The project adopts BOT mode, with a total investment of 110 million yuan. The project has achieved full coverage of food waste disposal in the main urban area of Suining City.

The project will be completed and put into operation in April 2021.

In July 2021, the project was recognized as the "Suining Environmental Protection Science Popularization Base" by Suining Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department and the Municipal Association for Science and Technology.
